WASHINGTON, : New York Patrolman's Benevolent Association representative Daniel Gravius from the Bronx, NY, stencils the name of NYPD police officer Moira Smith (also seen in photo) from the wall at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC, 29 April 2002. Smith is one of 12 NYPD police officers who name was inscribed on the memorial after dying in the line of duty 11 September 2001 in the World Trade Center terrorist attacks.
